Supports customer requests for all lines of business. Creates customer profiles for each customer. Supports business continuity
solutions. Provides second-level support for complex issues Recognizes and escalates deeper and more complex issues to senior members within IT organization.
Supports new customers during implementation and go live. Manages open calls to ensure appropriate resolution time. Researches and analyzes business requirements to recommend the best solutions within the business technology architecture. Manages IT inventory and maintains inventory tracking. Builds brand awareness by providing exquisite and responsive customer service. Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IT SPECIALIST High school Diploma or equivalent is required Associate Degree is desired Microsoft Certifications such as Microsoft 365 are desired 1 or more years of experience in general technology support or equivalent education or training.
