advisor to MDF process and provides centralized ownership of MDF commits for marketing team support. Facilitates partner planning process with Regional Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Vertical Team Leads; participates in external partner team meetings on status with activities and ensures timely claiming process.

Establishes and maintains relationships with Regional Marketing Managers, product/brand partners, and finance. Works independently on required system entries, system approvals, upload required documentation and overall management of activities. Project manages approved activities, system setups, notifications, tracks and collects proof of performance with activity execution

among team members; manages system activity entry with required documentation. Develops and provides ROI reports, analytical insights and makes strategic recommendations related to marketing campaigns based on data analytics.

Reviews and analyzes all marketing efforts including performance by individual ad, media, market and campaign to identify successful elements and works to continuously improve marketing performance. Assists in creation of compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings and recommendations to senior level executives clearly and concisely. Reviews and analyzes operational processes to identify improvement opportunities; while collaborating

with other departments to ensure integrity of upstream and downstream processes cross-functionally.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certification Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field. Experience / Technical Requirements 10 years' experience in process improvement, sales or marketing operations, preferably in a leadership role. 6 years' experience as IT professional; understands complex procedures with proven track record of success in related role; including an understanding of channel and distribution.

2 years' experience in project management. Foundational knowledge of specialized industry practices and standards. Experience in developing solutions to defined tasks, typical problems and projects appropriate in scope and complexity. Experience working independently and exercising judgment and discretion. Expert in Excel, Visio and Power Point. Ability to communicate and present to all levels and areas of the organization May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications None Other Skills and Abilities Ability to receive initial direction, and collaborate with marketing, brand managers, and finance. Works well within marketing and with other teams in collaborative approach; demonstrates reporting and data analysis ability to track and monitor activities. Ability to work cross-functionally; collaborating with all levels of the organization to achieve necessary goals. Ability to facilitate and lead working sessions; staying on task and reaching desired outcomes. Proven project management skills to improve communication, report status of activity tracking and ensure meeting deadlines.

Leadership, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complete marketing research in timely, precise manner. Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively to meet multiple overlapping deadlines.
