Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. Communicate with vendors to obtain information and resolve problems when appropriate. Monitoring and patching all network hardware. Minimum Requirements Include: Applicants must have 3-5 years' work experience in computer related field and advanced knowledge of pertinent systems, hardware, and software. Bachelor's degree in related computer technology area or equivalent
education and experience is required. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Cisco firewalls, switches, routers, and SSL/IPSEC VPN configurations.
Experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Presence, and Contact Center is highly desirable.
