Required Education, Experience, & Skills 2 or more years of experience providing steady-state support for deployed desktop and laptop images using enterprise-wide deployment techniques. Ability to execute routine updates to deployed systems. Experience in monitoring OS and security patching. Able to support routine software patch updates via a Desktop/Server enterprise management system such as Big
Fix and Microsoft SCCM. Able to leverage Printer and Multifunction printer enterprise management tools. Proficient background in administration, monitoring and steady-state maintenance support is required.
Understanding of enterprise-level server and desktop systems and latest Microsoft Server technologies to include supporting deployed hardware and software. Ability to support steady-state enterprise-wide upgrades and changes to associated systems. Ability to monitor systems to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide standards. 2+ years of full-time experience in Computer, Windows Active Directory, network, and IT hardware support in an enterprise or multi-site IT environment. We may
accept a Degree in Computer Science or related IT field with in lieu of some experience on a case-by-case basis.
The ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret Clearance Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $49050 - $83430 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
