Responsibilities Provide basic hardware/software technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, and/or other remote methods. Address and respond to customer inquiries on current and future company technology, such as Info Link, Auto Positioning System (APS) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Provide customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Document client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Possess a basic understanding

of the organization's products and services but escalates more complex inquiries to a Tier 3 support group. Assist the delivery of on-going training for end users and the Company's Dealer/Branch support network.

Proved aferhours support for national accounts as required, as well as on-call weekend support when assigned. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experience Associate Degree (Business, Communication, IT, Technical, Engineering) Occasional travel (0-05%) Occasional overnight stays (0-05%) Requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
