Prepares technical proposals for presentation to the 's engineering review boards for upgrading existing technologies.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS)Knowledge - Minimum Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill.
