Assist with the OS and 3rd party patch management process for servers and workstations. Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals. Develop documentation for internal IT and end-user training and support purposes. Provide formal/informal technology training for users. Review end user compliance and enforce policies regarding PC hardware and software operations. Strategy & Planning Assist in developing short and long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting current and future end user computing needs. Conduct research on desktop products in support of PC procurement and development efforts. Evaluate and recommend products and solutions that meet business needs.
