Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding network modeling of various vendor network devices, such as routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls as well as virtual network devices in software-defined networking (SDN) and cloud environments. Research various network devices’ features affecting “access” and create a proposal for modeling such features in Red Seal.
Examples are access lists, VRF, MPLS VPN, IPSec VPN, NAT, static routes, converged dynamic routing tables as well as high availability. Work closely with development engineers to implement the proposed modeling of the network device as a plugin that can be loaded into Red Seal. As such, you will introduce new data streams
