Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) for the Department of the Army and the broader Intelligence Community, encompassing defense, civilian, and intelligence organizations of partner nations. This initiative involves extending both current and evolving OSINT activities, aiming to deliver thorough and timely OSINT services that contribute to the Intelligence Community's decision-making processes, security measures, and strategic goals.

The Program Manager (PM) holds the highest authority to commit the contractor's organization and to make decisions in response to Government requirements, issues, concerns, or problems. The PM is accountable for overseeing the management, direction, administration,

quality control, and leadership of the execution of the contractual Task Order (TO). The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in formulating and presenting Boeing Intelligence & Analytics’ proposal to secure this contract, contributing significantly to the program's future success, and shaping the trajectory of the business.

Experience and Qualifications: To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications: Required Education and Years of Experience: A bachelor’s degree with ten years of relevant experience managing complex Army, Do D, or Intelligence Community projects/operations.

Fifteen years of experience in direct support of Army, Do D, and the Intelligence Community. Five years of experience with intelligence collection or analysis, open source/PIA collection, structured analytic techniques, social network theory, and operations security in the cyberspace domain or cybercrime, including experience teaching difficult concepts.

Required Qualifications: Experience in leadership of complex tasks, including review of work products for correctness and compliance with industry best practices, Do D standards, and Army standards. Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program. Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility. An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification at the time of proposal submission.

Summary Pay Range: Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. $210,000 - $260,000 BI&A is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
