Currently, Man Tech is seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented CLEARED IT professionals to join our team f or programs in Maryland that support a variety of customer IT requirements t o support dynamic mission requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative
approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
Develops technical documentation. Develop system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through backssment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated
with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) – Department of Defense Architecture Framework (Do DAF ), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc. Fully define interfaces in terms of origination, destination, stimulus, and data characteristics for software; and electrical and mechanical characteristics for hardware Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problem s.
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems. Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available dependent on qualifications/experience.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to backss customer needs, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customer satisfaction. Ability to work with schematic capture tools. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Must demonstrate ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment.
Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in many aspects of information technology. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of MS Office product suite Knowledge of component and transmission medium compatibility and interconnection. Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree 5 -15 years' of related experience.
