of the Eqlipse team your work will align the most innovative solutions to evolve and transform how our customers accomplish their most complex challenges. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will analyze the customers requirements and then design, implement and document high level systems architecture to ensure all system requirements and specifications are met.
You will oversee and guide a team to understand the system development and implementation strategy, while ensuring that solutions are found in real time for mission critical national defense efforts. A few examples of this are: Manage System Requirements : Ensure that the system requirements align with the defined system architectures. Participate
in Interface Definition : Contribute to interface definition and design, ensuring compatibility between different system components. Change Control : Establish a process for controlling and managing changes to requirements, ensuring traceability and stakeholder buy-in.
Use Models and Prototyping : Use models, simulations, and prototypes to mitigate risk and reduce system development costs. Enforce Standards : Apply and enforce relevant standards for hardware and software development. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING Twenty (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading System
Engineering efforts is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
