This is a non-contractual, full-time employment position that is 100% onsite. Essential Functions: Perform day to day Windows, Linux, VMware, and Cisco administration for onsite local and wide area closed environments Manage Active Directory by creating, modifying, and updating user accounts, and security groups Plan and implement patches, Group Policy
revisions, and data migrations Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve performance, reliability, and ease of administration, and configuration management Test new releases of products and patches within test environments before applying to production Prepare documentation for input into cybersecurity documents Provide technical support and perform troubleshooting to identify, diagnosis, and resolve problems reported by users Provide and carry out backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space Participate in special projects as required and perform other duties
