Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and maintain LAN environments consisting of Windows servers and workstations Monitor and optimize the performance of the network infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network configurations and ensure compatibility with existing systems Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups, data recovery,
and security audits Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the LAN environment's performance and security Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, both hardware and software related, in a timely manner Implement security measures to protect the LAN environment against unauthorized access, malware, and other threats Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the LAN environment Monitor and maintain system logs and records to track network performance, security incidents, and system changes Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, maintenance, and support Maintain customer compliance and authorization
