Position Overview Qineti Q US is seeking Project Execution and Technical Support (Senior Program Analyst) to support technical projects for the OSD Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO). The highly motivated candidate will provide

The candidate will help identify critical warfighter needs, initiate new projects, and provide management and technical expertise in project execution to deliver impactful capability to the warfighter quickly. Responsibilities Interact with Service or Defense Agency Program Offices to leverage existing capabilities in new and innovative ways and to provide expertise in relevant technical disciplines. Perform quantitative analyses of system mission requirements pertaining to the potential insertion of advanced technologies, evaluate alternatives and trade-offs, evaluate costs and benefits, investigate compatibility, inter-operability and integration, and study reliability issues.
Advise Government Project Managers on portfolio objectives and assist in carrying out associated technical and program management responsibilities. Assist in the development and transition of technology and systems to the user community.
Support the activities of on-going and future work and be familiar with the interaction of the technology/system program with the respective community at large.
