Responsibilities The Requirements Engineer (RE) Technical Advisor supports the Intelligence Community (IC) client's Communications (COMM) Directorate's COMM Architecture and Systems Engineering (CASE) organization. The RE works with director and group level leaders, service providers, and groups within the enterprise
