The Program provides cradle-to-grave engineering support for the definition, design, development, integration, verification, fielding, and eventual termination/disposal of the system and system components. The candidate will provide support for various projects involving integrating tools developed by outside vendors into a functioning network system. The candidate will interface with clients and other contractors. Communication is key to success in this position. The candidate will: Participate in the design and definition
of system functionality and component interfaces Develop system solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the system development life-cycle Work with systems engineers on requirements definition, development, standards, and testing Interact with clients on technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organization lines Candidate selected must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Qualifications Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with Ph. D OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu
of BS The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to analyze and backss a problem, decompose complex issues, and develop solutions and strategies to operational scenarios.
