Qualifications Required Education & Years of Experience A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience. OR A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of twenty (20) years of general systems engineering experience. OR A Master's degree in a technical

discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of eighteen (18) years of general systems engineering experience. Required Skills Demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or MS Project Server.

Ability to interact with senior agency leaders, development teams and technical project leads. Ability to learn quickly and understand applications used to enhance project scheduling. Aptitude to understand industry concepts related to systems engineering. Strong aptitude for Technical Problem Solving. Ability to perform research on a subject area and apply concepts. Ability to develop tools, templates, processes (per unique problem) using tools provided by applications. Technical

Communications and Writing Skills. Self-starter that can see problems and begin discussion and action without waiting to be told their tasking Desired Skills Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining program Roadmaps and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Experience building baseline schedules. Experience creating and integrating program schedules into an IMS. Ability to capture and prioritize requirements and outcomes. Experience identifying both internal and external dependencies. Experience with Analyzing portfolio and program schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks. Demonstrated experience performing thread analysis. Experience with researching and performing technology integration (i.
