Job Overview As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Cisco-based network infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our network remains robust, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. Located in Pensacola, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Design, configure, and maintain Cisco-based network solutions. Implement security
measures to protect network assets and data. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
Perform routine network maintenance, updates, and upgrades. Monitor network performance for optimal functionality. Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and colleagues. Job Requirements Mandatory: High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in Active Directory Administration. Experience with routing and switching protocols (e. g. BGP, OSPF, VLANs). Must meet baseline information assurance (IA) certification requirements for an IAT Level II position per Do D 8570.01-M (Security+ or equivalent).
