Design and execute backssment processes for member development programs. Develop, manage and support educational programs related to leadership development, risk management, peer and group accountability and values congruence programming through the development and evaluation of learning outcomes.
Coordinate risk reduction education and other related trainings for student organization leaders, members, and advisors. Lead the backssment initiatives and data management for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Interprets a wide array of
University policies and procedures for student leaders, council executive board members, chapter advisors, alumni, national organization officers and parents.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience: or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to eight years. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate. Ability to adhere to ethical business practices and promote ethical behavior. Ability to deal with crises and manage sensitive information. Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
