Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize of the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. Raytheon is seeking a Cyber Project Analyst to support this critical customer mission.
Responsibilities: - With no guidance, identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans. - Develops and maintains management reports, implementation schedules and key performance parameters. - Provides input and assists with requirement definition, scope of work definition, and scope management. - Participates in analysis activities, identifies actions and coordinates actions
across the team. - Conducts requirements analysis, maintains record of requirements, or portions of, being fulfilled by projects, and dependency on other efforts.
- Designing, troubleshooting, and implementing software code for end-to-end software development. - With minimal guidance, assists the Federal program manager(s) with planning, initiating, monitoring, and closing out projects. - Develops and maintains relationships with program managers and the team leads. - Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles tracking and analysis documentation, spreadsheets, and information on program status and schedules. - With minimal guidance, identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans.
- Assists in identifying and prioritizing requirements. - Conducts analysis on general program performance and risks, research discrepancies and prepares management reports and briefings.
- Maintains program files in accordance with knowledge management and records management policies. - Participates in the preparation and conduct of program reviews. - Support ad-hoc projects as assigned. Required Skills: - U. S. Citizenship - Must have an active Secret clearance. - Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability. - Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret technical data and status related to projects and programs. - Knowledge of data and requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Ability to conduct analysis and monitoring program requirements, performance, schedule, and risk. - Ability to support the Program Manager to evaluate, review, monitor and report on program performance. - Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations. Desired Skills: - Experience with conducting project analysis on cyber operations programs. - Experience with human resource management. Required Education: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 8 years of project management experience.
