This position will manage, design, develop, modify, and present programs. under general supervision from a designated administrator. This position is located UC’s Medical Sciences Building (MSB). This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid remote schedule for applicants with a residence within OH/IN/KY. Essential Functions Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs. Perform program
needs backssment and make recommendations. Implement policies and procedures.
Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports. Act as liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations. May prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials. May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i. e. hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc. ). Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Required Experience Three (3) years of relevant experience. Additional Qualifications Considered May require at least one (1) year of supervision. Experience must be in program development or business administration.
