Perform initial troubleshooting analysis of all GCCS system hardware related failures. Coordinate with OEM for warranty support. Provide or update all documentation required to facilitate change out/replacement or upgrading of equipment. Ensure that the GCCS systems maintain compliance with the information assurance (IA) guidelines. Provide all system administration duties including installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations to maintain the GCCS engineering baseline system software ( e.
g. operating systems, databases, applications, and associated software, etc. ) configurations in an operational status.
