Accountable for the quality and delivery of project products, services, and deliverables. Serves as a liaison with clients and subcontractors of diverse technical capabilities coordinating activities and negotiating tasks. Advise stakeholders on synchronizing requirements.
Oversee project milestones, monitor, and adhere to master plans and schedules. Identify obstacles and recommend solutions for program success in areas such as resource allocation and or contractual specifications. Direct and provide guidance to a technical and administrative workforce assigned to critical programs with technical complexity. Collaborate with finance partners to understand and affect profitability and
revenue growth as well as identify potential changes needed in the program cost, schedule, or performance, and recommend methods for implementing change. Compose and submit weekly Status Update Reviews, monthly Contractor’s Progress, Status, and Management Reports (CPSMR), and corporate monthly Project Management Dashboards.
Qualifications 10 or more years of acquired knowledge in planning, directing and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this program with at leasttwo major software development implementations, to include agile development. 10 or more years of acquired knowledge and supervision of employee of various labor categories and skills in efforts
similar in size and scope. 10 or more years of experience with industry accepted standards and best practices related to project management.
Proven track record delivering on time and within budget for large, complex projects. 8 or more years of experience managing the entire agile software development lifecycle, including frequent production delivery. 5 or more years of experience with research and fielding of new and innovative technology. 10 or more years of experience with hardware and software procurement. 10 years of program management experience. 10 years of IT experience in the Federal, Do D, Army or IC space. PMP Certification Agile Project Manager certified.
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience of at least 18 years. In scope DOD Secret clearance required to start Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in an IT related field.
