the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives Basic Qualifications: Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience Minimum of 5 years in a project management or lead role Knowledge of Do D cyber operations Working knowledge of Do D policies, regulations, procedures, and processes Must have the ability to conduct technical briefings and generate technical documentation Preferred Qualifications: Certified SAFe Product Owner Previous military service a plus Security Clearance Requirements: Active/current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position
