  • Location: Dahlgren, VA

and delivery of tools, data, information, and knowledge base to a wide range of customers, including the Do N, DA, DAF, USMC, and USCG. You’ll be focusing on the design, development, sustainment, and enhancement of web-based applications, systems engineering tool environments, and the infrastructures supporting those environments as NSERC continues to deliver secure cloud services that support the warfighter mission.

Product Teams (IPT) to ensure that collaborative efforts related to web application development and deployment are coordinated with the user base. Participate in Government-run Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings to ensure any efforts requiring changes to the NSERC environment are approved prior to execution.

Controlled changes include deployments, physical and software installations or upgrades, patching, and software configuration or tuning. Ensure requested changes are documented prior to CCB meetings and present requested changes to the CCB Government point of contact (POC) or to the CCB directly. The Contractor shall document risk, implementation, test, rollback and acceptance

plans for the requested changes according to the Configuration Management Plan.

Provide technical expertise and experience in support of the unclassified and classified environments to include: Network and Infrastructure support, Application Support and Delivery, and Operations and IA support. Provide data, metrics, and reports to inform the Government of problems, trends, and issues, to include: Total Issues Opened and Closed by Severity; Issues Opened and Closed by Product; and Total Issues Currently Opened. Provide 24/7 monitoring to support remote administration of system and system support environments, wherein the Contractor shall possess all requisite remote-accessing capabilities, including any necessary infrastructure and peripheral equipment.

Maintain and deliver a weekly on-call monitor list of the person(s) available to assist in emergencies related to all hosted environments. Implement and maintain an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) solution that automates all major business processes and component lifecycles. Desired Experience for this Role: Three (3) years’ experience installing, configuring, patching, tuning and monitoring disparate enterprise middleware platforms (Share Point, TFS, IIS Oracle Application Server, Web Logic, Atlassian, etc.

). Two (2) years’ experience performing application deployments and rollbacks in an application server environment. Two (2) years’ experience performing platform upgrades, including associated customer data migrations. Two (2) years’ experience with SCAP scanning tools, and meeting/applying Do D STIG requirements. Two (2) years’ experience implementing Two Factor Authentication with Smart CAC Card (Do D Federal Bridge). One (1) years’ experience with enterprise single sign-on behind a 3rd party proxy (i. e. F5 Big IP). Knowledge and comprehension of secure build techniques, tools and practices of DISA Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines(STIG).

Desired Education for this Role: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in MIS or Computer Science related field and (6) years’ technical experience. Ten (10) years of technical experience and MS Azure DB Administrator Associate Certification. Maintain the Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Certification. Per Do D Directive 8570.1M or successor, this position requires IAM Level II (or equivalent) or higher.
