Atlantic Union Bank platforms. Position Accountabilities Develop high-quality Walk Me solutions, focused on driving Teammate success and enablement, as well as increase overall platform adoption on multiple internal-facing platforms. Conducts Quality Assurance testing, hosts technical training calls, provides troubleshooting support, and leads solutioning sessions.
Translate complex procedures into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand user interface text, tooltips, in-app guided walkthroughs, and online help. Gain a deep understanding of products supported; including learning about target audiences to ensure the best user experience is delivered. Collaborate with stakeholders to define
the strategy and requirements for implementing DAP for our platforms. Build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions, including working with stakeholders to ensure content is current, accurate, and relevant.
Monitor and resolve reported bugs/issues. Gather and apply end user feedback of solutions to improve usability. Analyze usage metrics to help prioritize projects that are most valuable to the user and business. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, stakeholders, project managers, subject matter experts, and end-users. Identify business objectives and apply the correct Walk Me solution to the system, app, or platform. Organizational Relationship This position reports to: Learner Experience
Manager Position Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related L&D field is preferred A minimum of three years of recent experience with building solutions in Walk Me over multiple platforms is required Experience with j Query is preferred Experience with coding and scripting languages (ex: HTML, CSS, Javascript) 5+ years of learning and development experience within an enterprise-wide environment DAP Solutions Engineer certification is a plus Knowledge & Skills Ability to ensure accuracy, clarity, appropriateness, and consistency of solutions for Teammates Solid working knowledge of Walk Me content development practices Self-starter, comfortable asking questions, as well as working independently and with a team Experience working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills UX background is a plus Familiarity with banking software is a plus Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
