Remove any obstacles that impede the team's progress. Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring that communication is clear and effective.

Ensure that the team's deliverables meet the definition of done. Continuously evaluate and implement new Agile methodologies and tools to improve team capabilities and efficiency. practices, and help them to continuously improve their skills. Qualifications 10 or more years of acquired knowledge applying agile processes and tools on multiple large-scale IT-related development programs 5 or more years of acquired knowledge with at least two of the following Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Nexus, Sonar Qube, HP ALM suite 5 or more years of experience coaching and mentoring Agile Scrum teams 5 or more years of experience in planning, managing, and implementing the entire agile software development lifecycle Minimum of two IT development programs as Agile Scrum Master 5 or more years of experience in Federal, Army, Do D, or IC in applying Agile processes and tools Agile
Scrum Master Certification or Agile Leader Certification Experience with supporting an ERP program such as People Soft HCM by applying Agile processes is desired BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical degree plus 10 years’ relevant experience in technical analysis, design, configuration, implementation and integration experience Active Secret clearance.
