KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Apply architecture skills spanning business modelling and process design, data design, application
design, IT industry standards, service design, solution modeling and benefits analysis Provide direct support and mentorship to business reengineering, contextual modeling (data refence models, services reference models, etc.
) and IT functional requirements creations and management for major business transformation initiatives. Develop architectural product and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines Application of strong team leadership and project management, communications skills, domain knowledge of business functions (such as procurement, supply chain management, and human resource management), and IT technical breadth Assist in producing acquisition and design
requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their backssment.
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal response Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience related to systems architecture, software engineering, systems administration, or IT management; U. S. Federal government consulting experience preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred Extensive experience leading architectural planning / analysis, establishing technical visions, and developing integrated architects spanning business, infrastructure, data and applications Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure data infrastructure and design aligns with business objectives, customer needs and technical roadmaps Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues U.
