Work on all phases of technical documentation to ensure products are accurate, complete, consistent, meet editorial and government specifications, contain appropriate security classification markings, and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, format, and style. Coordinate with technical personnel and subject matter experts to document key elements of operational functionality, including overviews, processes/workflows, requirements, etc. to ensure
delivery of quality documentation and training materials.
Review and edit documents for grammar, format, and clarity prior to program management approval. Review and edit procedures related to standard IT workflows. Aid in the development of accreditation documentation, if required. Maintain and suggest improvements to the current internal documentation library.
