Interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams. Design and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies. Identify the best approach training requirements to hardware, software, simulations, course backssment
and refreshment, backssment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based backssment and performance, and team and unit backssment and measurement.
Works with G-3/5/7, CCo E on TSP Verifications and Institutional Training requirements. Review all OEM TSP deliverables for compliance with Army regulations. Serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements. Establishes early and continuous working relationships with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and appropriate development and production activities during the development of training materials. Qualifications: Intermediate level- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Business or related field.
Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education. A minimum of five (5) years related experience. Senior level- Master's Degree in one of the following: Business. Seven (7) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
