The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of strategic deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities: Design the vision and blueprint of the organization's data framework. Develop strategies for data integration, data modeling, and data transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
across multiple systems. Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various data sources into the data warehouse or BI platforms.
Create and maintain data models that support business reporting and analysis requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Define and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and data security measures within the BI architecture. Provide oversight of all database design, architectures, and implementations, development activities, and database objects. Expertise in SQL Server and Oracle databases, and data visualization tools. Senior Principal-level experience with relational and object oriented
database design concepts and overall database development.
Define, design, and implement use cases surrounding data requirements, data availability, and reporting capabilities to support customers’ desired outcomes. Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend reporting and analytics process changes and improvements across the organizations systems and procedures. Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions to drive and document the requirements around technical processes and reporting with both technical and business partners. Analyzes business processes and performs needs backssments in an effort to align Business Intelligence technology solutions with business initiatives.
Collaborate on cross functional teams to solve business and technology problem sets as the data expert on requirements analysis and design solutions. Familiarity with formal project and change management processes, particularly Agile, Human Centered Design and similar methodologies. Our Team is tasked with deploying a flight test specific product at multiple locations across the US. LSS has a significant and valuable impact on range safety and flight data management through the life of the Sentinel program and coordinates with multiple other product groups. LSS is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to build Systems Engineering Architectures, Requirements and Test Plans for a ground up system design and test program with a primary dedication to the LSS Software Development Team. The selected candidate's responsibilities include the following: Produce Weapon System and Computer Software Architectures in Cameo.

This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Subsystems Support Contract. Essential Functions: Work with the lead test engineer and a team of software developers to establish and develop test methods and techniques. Perform integration testing, regression testing, and formal qualification testing in an agile software development environment.
Document software problems and verify fixes. Design, develop, and maintain software test plans, software test cases, software test procedures, and automated software test in compliance with program functional, technical, and performance requirements. Troubleshoot and modify test tools and test scripts. Generate software test data, perform test data analysis, and develop test documentation. Participate in formal software inspection processes, customer meetings, and user events. Provide support to customer testers during acceptance testing, including test procedure walkthroughs, documentation of testing issues and test results, and answering questions on system functionality.
