Responsibilities Arcfield is hiring a Senior GEOINT Systems Engineer to lead a dynamic team providing end-to-end Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) services to a National Customer. What You’ll Get to Do with Us (Duties and Responsibilities): Support capability and solution definition for future space systems
through various system readiness events and independent review teams Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s) and Engineering working groups that will review and backss the maturity of engineering Artifacts, CONOPS, Interfaces, and Architecture products Support space, ground, and enterprise teams developing architecture and requirement baselines, establishing and backssing mission capabilities, backssing system and segment schedule and risks, and supporting test and verification strategy Daily interaction with the customer and supporting contractors and follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life cycle Provide project management support with short turn-around

Assist in the creation of quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics Ensure requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods backss performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures Participate in design reviews of to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation Coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) Participate in the adoption of MBSE in both customer and company domains Apply the principles of MBSE to major system acquisitions in the GEOINT domain backss engineering artifacts and develop models of mission systems using a MBSE tool suite that includes DOORS Next Generation, Cameo and other COTS tools Facilitate and/or participate in collaborative meetings between the GEOINT space system subject matter experts (SMEs) and MBSE and Sys ML experts to identify and implement modeling solutions Qualifications What We Need from You (REQUIRED): 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA, or 5 to 7 years with Ph D in Technical degree/STEM (engineering, physics, etc.
) Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with a Poly. Strong Systems Engineering background with afocus on core systems engineering processes in support of end-to-end mission and services closure. Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering area(s) including but not limited to: Requirements Engineering, Systems Integration, Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO). Domain knowledge of customer's mission capabilities (to include any combination of GEOINT, COMM, SIGINT, and Multi-INT domains) and overall space and ground architecture.
Experience in supporting Requirements Engineering, CONOPS development, and system integration to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering. Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and backssing/analyzing alternatives. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems to further organizational goals. Commitment to understand, recognize, respect, and operate effectively within various SETA, Federally Funded Research and Development (FFRDC), and Governmental lines of authority. Demonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to lead/support multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to support the customer’s needs, clearly communicate (orally & written) ideas, work autonomously. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have (DESIRED): Experience with industry MBSE tools and modeling methodologies to successfully produce systems engineering models. Experience using Confluence and Jira tools Experience with Agile Development, SAFE Agile system development methods Knowledge and practical application of UML / Sys ML modeling languages and experience applying this common structure to an MBSE solution. Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle).
