o Diaper/Pull-up Changes. o Clothing Changes. o Bathing. o Hygiene Activities. · Assisting with and/or documenting the progress/work on each of the individuals on the daily report. · Assisting with and attending field trips. · Reporting to supervisor and documenting any Injury/Incident Reports. · Any other duties assigned related to job.
