Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing vehicles for repairs by removing parts, such as bumpers, fenders, grills, and trim.

- Perform cleaning tasks, including the removal of dust, dirt, and debris from vehicles' surfaces. - Utilize hand and power tools to remove damaged panels, sand surfaces, and smooth out uneven areas. - Help with auto body repairs, such as filling dents, cracks, and holes in vehicle panels using appropriate materials. - Aid in the application of primer, paint, and clear coat to vehicles'

surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish. - Assist in wet sanding and buffing operations to achieve a flawless appearance on finished paint jobs. - Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.

- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure efficient operations and improve overall productivity. - Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for daily body shop tasks. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repair projects and maintain high-quality standards. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations regarding auto body

repairs and client service. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in an auto body shop or related field is preferred, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. - Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections. - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. - Familiarity with safety practices and willingness to adhere to them. - Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others.
