Additional leadership duties include: Maintain Chick-fil-A production standards at all times for service, quality and cleanliness. Holds the team accountable to standards and expectations. on the needs of the business Must have reliable transportation Must be physically fit and flexible to be able to: work on your feet for at least 5 hours at a time twist, turn, stoop and bend over lift 50 lbs walk while carrying heavy items, pushing trash carts, etc.
Salary and Compensation This Leadership position offers compensation of $17 - $19 per hour, depending on level of leadership experience and ability to lead a team and produce results.
