Dining Room Keep restaurant clean at all times, including floors. Ensure tables are sanitized after each customer turnover. Refresh beverages for guests at their tables to ensure the guests do not need to walk to the counter for a refill. When walking through the Dining Room for any reason look for any debris/etc. that you can clean up on your way to/from. Back of House (Kitchen) Use any and all LEAN systems. Keep all stations clean at all times. Keep floor clean and free of oil/water at all times. Always work in a food safe manner. Always follow the recipe. Keep all things stored off the floor (minimum 6 inches per Health Dept. )
