Proven experience in HR leadership and strategy development Strong understanding of nonprofit and healthcare settings Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Valid driver's license Ability to travel off-site for job fairs and training opportunities Preferred Qualifications: A professional certification in human resources.
