ABOUT THE JOB: Supervise staff, guests, and operations of banquet experiences Attend weekly BEO meetings in order to informatively oversee food & beverage service throughout events Delegate tasks to banquet staff Communicate client needs with staff Serve as a liaison between client and Sales team, and serve as client point of contact when Event Coordinator is unavailable Ensure event space
is properly cleaned and reset for the next usage Manage time efficiently throughout business fluctuations to ensure consistent, high standards of service Take initiative and work collaboratively ABOUT YOU: Experience working in catering or banquets Proven ability to work as a leader Possess a positive attitude and confidence with engaging others in conversation Success with handling multiple tasks with attention to detail Confident asking for help when necessary Ability to be reliable and punctual BENEFITS: Staff meals Discounts on rooms, meals, and gift shop goodies Flexible scheduling Health/dental/vision insurance + 401(k) for full-time employees Opportunities to further education and professional
