Duties & Responsibilities: Provide supervision to ensure consistent meeting of our standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for sales growth, food cost, labor, and all other controllable costs Participate in team member meetings and training programs; provide coaching
to team members as needed Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the store Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of individuals, ranging from customers, client contacts and company executives, to hourly team members Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items, frozen meals, and specialty foods at client locations Fill the convenience store, or micro market, to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products Place stock on shelves or racks in storage areas Oversee the ordering of merchandise

Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare meals and food to meet specifications in a timely manner Properly measure kitchen ingredients and food portions Ensure kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, rules and sanitation requirements Use kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers in food preparation Manage the kitchen inventory and ensure supplies
