Duties & Responsibilities: Provide quality food products consistently by following directions and adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep production consistent to our standards and to set a positive example for the shift team Have a desire to learn and grow. Follow AVI operational policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all
times. Maintain and foster positive and professional working relationships Other duties and responsibilities as necessary Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Contributes to positive team environment Works with an exceptional Culinary Team including an experienced Executive Chef. Follows AVI operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food handling, and safety. Requirements: Required to follow and give written and verbal instructions Ability to learn quickly and work well independently Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
