ABOUT THE JOB: Supervise staff, guests, and operations of banquet experiences Attend weekly BEO meetings in order to informatively oversee food & beverage service throughout events Delegate tasks to banquet staff Communicate client needs with staff Serve as a liaison between client and Sales team, and serve as client point of contact when Event Coordinator is unavailable Ensure event space
