Must be able to take a lot of order and multitask LINE COOKS: Able to to produce and prepare food according to changing menus Assist other team members to ensure all kitchen duties are completed within give time restraints. Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards while preparing and serving
food. Very strong cooking and knife skills required PREP COOKS: Assist cooks in preparation and service of various foods in assigned work situations including pantry items, salads, soups, sauces, and with pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees.
Stock and refill salad bar, and maintain cleanliness of the salad bar. Stock the hot buffet unit for meal service. Store and properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies. Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition. Follow proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, material and equipment SERVERS and BARTENDERS: Restaurant, Pub, Bar and or/ Banquet experience Experience taking orders from
patrons and making order modifications Able to bus and prep tables Able to carry a tray with up to 10 dinner plates Manage more than one guest or one table of guests at a time (Bartenders) Experience setting up a full bar (Bartenders) Knowledge of wine and spirits POS system experience is a plus We will be conducting interviews all week so please submit your resume and include the position you are applying for in the subject line.
