The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and previous experience with aircraft records, the airline industry, and aircraft records software.
This position reports to the Aircraft Maintenance Records Supervisor. Essential Duties: Assist in the preservation and retrieval of aircraft maintenance records in accordance with FAA regulations and Company policies and procedures Train and supervise Aircraft Records Specialists Audit work package inputs Input and audit engine and auxiliary power unit (APU)
paperwork Ensure the Major Component Auditor receives necessary documentation related to the removal and repair of any engine, APU, or landing gear Maintain and control issued identification stamp in accordance with Company guidelines Audit all paperwork for completion and accuracy Job Qualifications and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with aircraft records Airline experience Experience with aircraft records software Preferred Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Work Environment: Standard office equipment,
