The primary responsibilities of the Hospitality Manager (Food & Nutrition Services) are: Assist in the planning, organization, and direction of the work of the patient services team to maintain and exceed patient satisfaction goals Track and analyze patient satisfaction data on an ongoing basis to ensure all opportunities for improvement are being addressed Promote and ensure the highest levels of quality and service to patients, visitors and teams within the region Review and evaluate existing operational methods and procedures of food and nutrition services program for effectiveness and efficiency, using collaboration to initiate changes as necessary to ensure compliance with Federal,
