Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. Train Alpha BEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite
children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and staff Here's what you'll need: Must be at least 21 years old Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations Associate's degree or (60) college credit hours, with (18) of them in a field related to Education, Child Development, Human Services, or Recreation from an approved and accredited institution of higher education, and has two (2) years
