for protecting our company's property by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
You observe our property for signs of crime or disorder and investigate any disturbances. Using your keen eye for detail, you take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report any suspicious incidents you encounter. As needed, you apprehend criminals and evict violators while abiding by applicable laws or regulations. On a daily basis, you conduct random or routine building and perimeter inspections as well as monitor and control access to our building entrances and vehicle gates. n In addition, you track our alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting or emergency equipment as you see fit.
Using good judgment, you perform first aid or CPR as needed while following proper protocol. Because of you, our property and those inside our building stay safe.
