You will gain loads of experience in this company, but before you do the following are a few requirements that you must meet: Qualifications Must have a valid WI Driver's License and Clean Driving Record and be at least 21yo for a Patrol position Must be a minimum of 18 years of age of security position and a miniumum of 21 years of age for a patrol position Must pass background check and drug screen Possess a high school diploma or the GED equivalent Must be able to pass any State-required training or qualification for licensing.
Be mature in demeanor, personality, and attitude. Possess strong communication skills, both
verbally and written. Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to our professional grooming standards. Possess strong customer service and public relations skills and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Must be able to withstand potentially inclement weather and stand or walk for extended periods of time depending on the post assignment. These positions will provide the first-class service and ensure the safety & security of all clients and visitors to client property. The role requires a person with an outgoing personality, a presentable appearance, and excellent customer service skills. Conduct interior and exterior foot & mobile patrols; inspect
buildings, equipment, and access points. Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems.
Document incidents and daily activities.
