Sr. Contracts Administrator Responsibilities: Manage contract negotiations, modifications, proposal preparation, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and terms/conditions. Maintain continual reviews to ensure terms and conditions are met, and customer specifications are in accordance.
Assemble risk reviews, draft policies and procedures for subcontractor agreements and prime contracts. Negotiate agreements, manage audit requests, review contract awards/agreements and amendments. Work closely across project/proposal team, accounting, and business development to prepare proposals by reviewing solicitations for response, reviewing cost/budget, and business requirements for
final submission. Sr. Contracts Administrator Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of work experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Commercial space. Advanced knowledge in contracting practices, terms, laws, regulations, policies, conditions, and procedures.
Knowledgeable in various contract and vehicle types (T&M, IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, Fixed Price, GSA, Service Agreements, etc. ) Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (Power Point, Word, Excel, Adobe). High attention to detail, able to handle pressure and logical thinker. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
