You will manage the action tracking system and ensure the customer’s group is responsive to daily action items as well as monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines, prepare periodic reports on action status, and keep leadership aware of late, pending, and new actions.

As a PSO, you will also support proposals through clearance verifications, team reviews and authoring security volumes as required. This is a hybrid work schedule 4x days on site. Support Proposal efforts to include verifying clearances, drafting of Security Volumes, Classification reviews, packaging, and transmission Managing and supporting subcontractors Completing DD254s Assist with changing combos (when needed) and adding/removing personnel from Access Control and Alarm systems Support Secure Meetings Request and track Co-Uses and Joint-Uses Applicant must be knowledgeable in all disciplines of personnel security along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
