the housing projects, out buildings, grounds, and surroundings. Job functions include: Sweeps sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas. Collects and carries away trash and debris for disposal as directed and keeps Housing Authority grounds clean of refuse and trash.
Mows grass, trims and/or prunes shrubbery and trees using hand and power tools. Shovels and removes snow as required. Uses a variety of hand tools and equipment, including but not limited to: vacuum cleaners, power lawn mowers and/or tractors, hedge clippers chain saws, picks, shovels, brooms, mops, snow blowers. All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. This is a Seasonal Temporary position expected to last no more then six months.
